Create your design projects
Sign in to your account to access the project creation dashboard.
Click on "Start New Project" to begin the project creation process.
Provide a concise project name and description. Specify design requirements, preferences, and any unique aspects of your vision.
Select the desired design specifications, including file type, resolution, and dimensions.
Upload any reference materials, branding guidelines, or inspiration files to guide our designers.
Review the project details to ensure accuracy. Click "Submit" to initiate the design process.
Design Manager will assign the work
The Design Manager thoroughly reviews the project details, including the client's requirements, specifications, and any attached reference materials.
Assessing the unique skill sets of the design team, the Design Manager matches the project requirements with the expertise of individual designers.
Based on the project's complexity and requirements, the Design Manager strategically distributes tasks among the design team, ensuring a balanced workload.
Taking into account project deadlines, the Design Manager establishes realistic timelines for each assigned task to ensure timely completion.
The Design Manager communicates the project details, client expectations, and any specific instructions to the assigned designers, fostering clarity and understanding.
Throughout the design process, the Design Manager provides feedback and collaborates with designers to refine and enhance the work, ensuring it aligns with the client's vision.
Get Your Design
The assigned designer conducts a final review of the completed design, ensuring it meets the project requirements and aligns with the client's expectations.
A thorough quality check is performed to assess the design's accuracy, visual appeal, and adherence to any specified guidelines.
If there are client-requested revisions or feedback, the designer implements the necessary changes to refine the design.
The designer seeks approval from the Customer or relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the final design is ready. The completed design is presented to the client for review. Once the client is satisfied with the design, they provide final approval, by approving the Project. Else they can click on decline button for Revision.
The designer ensures that all necessary files, assets, and documentation are prepared for Final File to the client. The finalized design is delivered to the client through the printadors application.
The project is officially closed, and relevant documentation is updated to reflect the completion status. This may include archiving files, updating project status, and generating project reports.
