Printadors unlimited graphic design service encompasses limitless design requests and revisions. This means you can submit as many requests as needed, and our team will work through them promptly. Upon receiving your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them for necessary details before assigning them to your design team.
By default, requests are completed in the order they are submitted. However, if you wish to change the order, prioritize specific tasks, or make adjustments, simply inform our Project Manager.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, entering requests into your design team’s queue based on the order of receipt. The team then works diligently to deliver them.
On average, designs or revisions are delivered within 24 - 48 hours with the Printadors Graphics subscription (applicable to designs like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs). For the Printadors Video subscription, expect to receive one 30-60 second video every 2-4 business days on average. Complex tasks will be estimated accordingly upon request.
As our collaboration progresses and we gain a better understanding of your brand(s) and vision, the review and revision process becomes more efficient. This allows you to accomplish an increasing number of design projects, all covered by our flat or monthly or yearly fee.

Printadors video design and motion graphics, empowers you to enhance existing video footage or images, or we can create and animate from scratch. Acknowledging the dynamic nature of your video content requirements, whether for websites, email campaigns, social media, or other platforms, we offer a diverse range of video solutions to meet your needs.
Absolutely no hidden fees exist. Your sole payment obligation is the flat monthly / Yearly fee. This fee encompasses all taxes and any other associated charges, leaving no surprises beyond the transparent flat rate.

Billing operates on monthly or yearly cycle. While your subscription remains active, recurring billing will occur on the same day that your initial full subscription started.

We acknowledge that your workflow may evolve, and that's why we allow you the flexibility to cancel at any time. Given that Printadors operates on a monthly / Yearly subscription model with the option to cancel at your convenience, please note that we do not offer refunds for periods of inactivity.
For video requests, kindly furnish any video files requiring editing or enhancement in either MOV or MP4 format. The cumulative size of your video files should not exceed 5GB.Graphic design tasks are executed in Photoshop, PSD and JPG files will be default. For tasks completed in Illustrator, AI and JPG files will be provided. Figma Files will be given for Figma-based tasks, Adobe XD files for Adobe XD tasks, and INDD and PDF files for InDesign tasks.
Video requests will be delivered in either MP4 or JPEG (for thumbnails) format, depending on the request type. If you have specific format requirements (including MOV or GIF), simply inform your Project Manager when making a request, and they will accommodate your preferences.

For those seeking a heightened volume of outputs and expedited turnarounds, additional Designers can be added. Each supplemental subscription brings an extra 2-2.5 hours devoted to completing your requests. For example, with two Designers, you'll benefit from 4-5 hours allocated to your requests, and so forth.
As your team progresses through tasks, you'll observe the transition from "Pending Design" to "Work in Progress," while new requests commence promptly.

It's essential to note that if you hold multiple graphic design subscription, their workflows and turnaround times operate independently. Each subscription features its own distinct turnaround times, dedicated design teams, and output quotas.

Printadors offers two pricing options: a subscription plan at $582 USD per month or $6402* USD per year (*One month free on the annual package), and a “Pay as you Go” option. No, contracts are not part of our service. We operate on a month-to-month basis and Year-to-Year or Pay as you Go, charging a flat rate.
At Printadors, we provide tailor-made designs crafted either entirely from scratch or by combining custom design elements with customized stock components, based on what best suits the client's requirements.
When incorporating stock elements, we ensure they are properly licensed for your use as the end-user, excluding resale.
For clients seeking designs intended for resale, we exclusively deliver fully custom designs. Please inform your Design Manager about the intended use of your designs when submitting your requests.
If you intend to resell any designs created by your Printadors Team, kindly inform your Design Manager when submitting your design request. Your team will then generate the design from the ground up, granting you full rights for resale.
For other design requests, where you, as the end-user, won't be reselling the design, your team will craft it from scratch or incorporate stock elements or photos as necessary to align with your brief.
It's important to note that we meticulously verify every element and stock photo used to ensure proper licensing. Additionally, we assume that materials provided to us by you are duly licensed and owned. If unlicensed materials are supplied to Printadors, we cannot be held responsible for the rights associated with the final design.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our clients' details and never disclose such information. However, we may showcase some of the designs we create for you in our portfolio. The ownership rights to all designs created by Printadors for you during your paid subscription belong to you. If you intend to resell any designs, please inform your Design Manager during the design request. Your team will then craft the design from scratch, ensuring you have full rights for resale.
For other design requests where you are the end-user and not reselling, your team will create the design from scratch or use stock elements/photos as needed.
It's important to note that we meticulously verify the licensing for every element and stock photo used, granting you the appropriate licenses as the end-user.
